ALPHARETTA, Ga. – Nov. 9, 2020 – PRLog — SmartGridCIS, a Univerus Company and the leading provider of real-time #energy #billing and #customer communications solutions for #deregulated retail energy suppliers and #utilities is excited to announce their expansion into eight (8) new markets in January.
Initially, they will expand into six new #electric markets and two new #gas markets within #PJM. But further plans include Ohio and Illinois before the end of 2021, with NY and NE tracking closely behind.
SmartGridCIS currently supports more retail energy providers (REPs) in Texas than any other billing vendor. So, the timing is right for an expansion into the northeast. And with the full backing of Univerus, SmartGridCIS has put together a strong technical team dedicated exclusively to the continued development of its multi-market solution.
In addition to their multi-market team, with three new #REP clients in Texas, SmartGridCIS has added significant resources to provide implementation and post-implementation support to its growing client base.
